UPDATE: This functionality is no more available after the introduction of the template system in the 2.0rc1 version
If you like to hide the “Follow me” button in the top ptwix box you can call this method on the ptwix instance.

Twitter have remove the basic authentication and replaced it with oauth.

Just released the 2.0rc1 that support oauth
